Welcome to the Oulton & Woodlesford Christmas Walk Map 2025
Use the map below to discover festive houses and local businesses you can walk to and enjoy.
We’re not aiming to turn the villages into a full winter wonderland — this is simply a fun, gentle way for residents to enjoy some seasonal walks and see the decorations our community has created. This could be external displays including lights, or decorated windows.

You choose how much information you share — you can list your full address, or just your street name and postcode if you prefer.

Crematorium proposed AGAIN by Westerleigh Group
UPDATE: 28/11/25 - Westerleigh have made a NEW application, comments will need to be submitted again as this is a separate application to the previous one that was refused.

UPDATE: 14/10/25 - LCC have this morning refused the planning application. We understand Westerleigh intend to appeal the decision.
The planning application for the proposed crematorium and natural (no head stones) burial ground is now decided on LCC planning portal.

Crematorium proposed by Horizon Cremation
Horizon Cremation are proposing to build a crematorium on Methley Lane. The planning application (25/06026/FU) is available to view and have your say, comments should be submitted by 12 December.
