Survey: Help shape the Neighbourhood Plan for Oulton and Woodlesford

To help the Forum draw up our Neighbourhood Plan for Oulton and Woodlesford we need to know your views and ask that you complete our survey. It will only be used for the purpose of shaping the Neighbourhood Plan and it doesn't ask for your name so your privacy is assured.

Please download, print and complete the survey and place it in one of our collection boxes at:

• Oulton Institute, Quarry Hill
• Post Office, Aberford Road
• NISA, Beechwood Centre

Responses are required by 1 June 2015, but the earlier we receive your input the better.

We would encourage every member of your household to complete their own copy of the survey. Further copies are also available at the Aberford Road Post Office.

The more completed surveys we receive the better will be our plan!
