Our AGM will be held on Sunday 23rd March at 2pm, at the Oulton Institute. The Forum shall provide an annual update, hold Steering Committee election and invite discussion on the focus for the year ahead.
Any members who wish to be considered for an active role in the Forum are invited to submit a Proposal Form* (download) by end of Monday 10th March. Eligible members may, subject to voting at the AGM, be appointed to the Steering Committee. We are specifically seeking to fill the roles of Treasurer, to oversee our accounts, and Secretary, to take minutes at our monthly meetings.
Proxy voting forms must be received by the Membership Secretary prior to the start of the meeting.
Also note, our next monthly Committee meetings will be held on Monday 7th April and Monday 12th May, both 7pm at the Oulton Institute.
* Nominated individuals shall be current members of the Forum, as shall the Proposer and Seconder. Forms should be returned to the Oulton Institute, clearly marked for the attention of OAWNF.
