It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Professor David Cove, Founder and long time Chairman of the Oulton & Woodlesford Neighbourhood Forum.
His passion and concern for our villages drove him to form our Neighbourhood Forum. He was hugely instrumental in the development of our Neighbourhood Plan which means we now have a voice, legally, in all Planning matters affecting the villages, protecting their existing character and future development.
A book of condolence will be available at the Community Fair on Sunday 22nd September 2pm – 4pm at The Oulton Institute.
His wife Anne will also be there if you have any memories of David to share.
