Open Day and AGM - Sunday 3 April 2016

The Oulton and Woodlesford Neighbourhood Plan will shape the future of the villages for the next 15 years and beyond, so it's important we continue to receive your input and agreement to policies being drafted.

The Neighbourhood Forum is holding an open day to share the draft policies and solicit your input - this is your opportunity to help shape our future by offering criticism, suggesting modifications or additions before the formal consultation process starts.

An outline of the policies will be circulated in advance, so if you haven't already signed up for our newsletter or as a member please do so now. Email notifications of this event were sent 8/3/16 so if you didn't received it we don't currently hold a valid email address for you, please notify us of your details.

Oulton Institute, Quarry Hill
Open Day:       Sunday 3 April 2016
Draft Policies: 11am - 4pm
AGM:              2pm

We will also hold the Forum's AGM during the open day. This is largely a formality and should not take long. It is however an opportunity to be formally elected to the Steering Committee and become more involved, so if you would like to serve please let us have your nomination.

We are particularly keen to recruit one or more persons to handle social media (Twitter and Facebook) publicity, and also seek more input and involvement from our younger residents.

We would be delighted to have greater involvement from those under 30 so please do come along and help shape your future.
